“Totally straightforward”

“First time I've used One Call and was impressed by reponse. JA9 was helpful and clear through the procedures. It felt very professional but also friendly and reassuring. It was good to have the text to confirm assistance was organised, followed by call from mechanic. Although assistance took longer than expected to arrive, the mechanic was also cheerful and helpful and had my car running very quickly. Thank you.”

“JA9 was very quick and efficient I was very pleased with the way he advised me very concerned on his part not to push me.
