“A delightful and helpful driver who managed to find us up our inaccessible lane, and managed to get my little car off the verge and to the garage in Storrington. It was a shame that one driver swerved too close and ran over his bollards, but considering the awful monsoon weather the driver managed exceptionally well.”

“The service centre were helpful but I was told that a recovery truck would be with me within 60 to 90 mins, it actually took 4.5 hours. You need to try and be more realistic with the estimated arrival times and not set unrealistic expectations, there is surely a way to make a better estimate. Once the recovery truck arrived I have to say the service was very good and a very friendly and helpful driver.”
