“I received excellent service from everyone involved. . .from the person at the call centre to the guy who recovered both my vehicle and I. He deposited me safe and sound to my home address within a very short space of time from the initial call. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“Excellent service on this occasion couldn't really ask for better. The person who answered the call was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The mechanic was ditto and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you both.”

“The whole episode was courteous. The saddest thing was the rescue team omitted to call me, explaining his delay. After 3 hours of waiting, yet being told it would be approximately 90 mins. until the rescue team came, I had to call back to One Call to find out what was happening. All was resolved when he did arrive - 10 mins in total. Very courteous and helpful.”

“Excellent service after a short phone call the breakdown vehicle was despatched with a tracker so i could follow there progress. The whole thing took 1 hour including fixing my car! well done!”

“I had a flat battery and my car was on my drive. Repair man got me going and adviced me to charge battery. Very pleased. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait longer than I was told.”

“I was helped by BP2 when I called to say my car wouldn't start. Within an hour the recovery man arrived and advised it was a flat battery and got it started again within minutes. Extremely pleased with how quick and easy the whole process was.”

“From calling the agent to the driver coming to pick my car up the service was really quick and efficient and everybody was really friendly!! It made the issue of my exhaust falling off my car much less stressful. This all happend last night which was the 4th and at the busiest time of day which was tea time. So thank you guys a great service!!”
