“Holly HG5 was very helpful with my enquiry - she went out of her way to find the information I was seeking and phoned me back within a short time. She was pleasant and understanding of my situation. I am not needing to call out breakdown at this stage but it gives me confidence should I need to do so in the future. Thank You Holly.”

“Called late Sunday night with a breakdown to be greeted by a cheerful telephone operator (CS5) who was very fast to process my request and I was very pleased to see the the mechanic a mere 25 minutes into the 1 hour window, he was able to diagnose the issue to a faulty starter motor, together we restarted the vehicle and I was on my way, more pleasingly all cost were included into my policy so no costs, 5⭐️ From me great service nice to know your there when I need you! Well done !”
