“Re Car Breakdown. The various members of staff I have spoken to re my car problem, have all been very helpful. I only have recovery insurance. Yesterday when the engine problem occurred One Call arranged the pick up to my home. Today, as I type this message, my car is now on it's way to the garage I use for my annual service.(unfortunately I was not able to get the second pick up as part of my recovery insurance). The only problem I have had is finding the correct telephone number to arrange the pick up. (obviously I manged it in the end.”

“The mechanic that came to change my wheel has stripped the lock and wheel nut! I unfortunately had another puncture the day after in a different tyre but we can’t get that off now? I’ve ordered a new nut but will be 3 weeks! I am self employed and can’t earn any money so not a very good experience!”

“The recovery guys were really quick and so friendly in fact I couldn’t believe how quickly they got to me! My only issue was that one call needed a postcode for the recovery and it was really difficult to find one for the dual carriage way that we were on.”

“I have used One Call a couple of times for a flat battery. On both occasions the guys have been great. Today I had another flat battery due to car not being used in a while. "David "was fabulous--nothing too much trouble for him.--Turns out the problem is more serious and needs garage attention. David couldn't have been nicer and I wanted to recognise him.”
