“The whole process from start to finish was very professional and quick. I was regularly updated on the call out to my breakdown and tracking the mechanic was really useful. The mechanic was very pleasant, knowledgeable and sorted out my issue quickly.”

“Couldn't have been much easier. From the initial call to the car being recovered took under an hour. The guys from Roadrunners Rescue managed to get the car safely on to the back of their truck even though it was stuck in 'Park'. 10 minutes later it was at my preferred local independent garage where the fault was diagnosed and a part ordered. The part has to come from BMW in Germany and will take a few days but that's not down to you guys. All-in-all exceptional service by all parties.”

“Quick response after initial text to One Call, Recovery driver very pleasant and help full it’s what you need when you have a sort of break down problem. Turned up about 1/2 hour later ,nothing to fault . Good srvice👍 SW6”

“One Call Rescue very keen for you to report a breakdown on their app. We could not get the app to work and had to leave our car in a safe place. On returning a couple of days later to sort out the breakdown, again the App not working. Very frustrating trying to get this across to One Call, eventually we managed to get a recovery truck. Had to pay an extra £3 as the garage was 11 miles away. According to Google maps it is under 10 miles, I'm not worried about £3 but I wonder if others have been hit by an inflated charge... On the upside the recovery guys were great and I have subsequently joined the AA”

“The mechanic was unable to drop the spare tyre to replace the flat I had so I will return tomorrow to do the job myself. Simple job that I paid for and not done. Will have to think long and hard before paying next time.”

“Rang the call centre,told the operator what the problem was,he said I’d get a text when the breakdown guy would be with me. Two hours later nothing. Rang the call centre again,told them that no one contacted me.He said that he could see that I called but seems nothing was done about it. He took my details and within the hour rescue turned up. First time I’ve used the breakdown as well. Not a good start.”
