“Really quick response, back on the road in less than 2hrs,but disappointed with the £20 fee ,but everyone i dealt with were brilliant 👏”

“The customer service agent was okay but that's where the service stopped. I reported a battery failure and a flatbed recovery truck turned up with a driver who looked like he hadn't gone home after a night out, with no spares and no tools. He jump started my car without taking it out of gear and it jumped forward, fortunately not hitting anything, a schoolboy error,! After starting it he refused to check the condition of the battery and told me to take it to a garage.and promptly left. The feeling I was given was he couldn't be bothered. Obviously as soon as I switched off the ignition it wouldn't start again so back to square one. I then had to call a proper agency AA and pay a call out fee and for the battery to be tested and replaced . Obviously I won't be renewing my policy with appaulimg service like this 😓”

“Great service,simple to use and informative. I was kept in the picture on arrival times. Breakdown man was very helpful and jolly, called to confirm his arrival time. Which was earlier than predicted. Fast efficient. Well done!”

“Fantastic service. Chap on the phone was incredibly helpful and the wait was a reasonable length of time with good communication right the way through. I had a really kind man pick up my car as well. Can't fault the service and was much better than my previous company RAC”

“It was easy to book and I got a text confirming that assistance was coming and an estimated time along with a real time tracker of the tow truck that was coming. LP5 actually turned up half an hour before the estimated time and was professional, re-assuring and quickly got my car on the flat bed and straight to the garage. I was extremely grateful. Super service thank you!”

“SW6 was very helpful on the phone after I made a mistake while filling in the breakdown details online. The recovery vehicle came within 2 hrs and would have been quicker but had to wait for the garage to open. Cars Recovery driver was very pleasant, the whole breakdown experience was made easier by the 2 companies involved.”

“I had a flat battery in my car. One Call sent out a local rescue firm, Reubens Recovery, who arrived an hour ahead of estimated arrival time. Very pleasant mechanic who jump started my engine and charged the battery, and then kindly showed me a few problems with the terminals I wasn't aware of. I went straight to my local garage and they fixed them. Excellent service from everyone.”

“The whole process from start to finish was very professional and quick. I was regularly updated on the call out to my breakdown and tracking the mechanic was really useful. The mechanic was very pleasant, knowledgeable and sorted out my issue quickly.”

“Couldn't have been much easier. From the initial call to the car being recovered took under an hour. The guys from Roadrunners Rescue managed to get the car safely on to the back of their truck even though it was stuck in 'Park'. 10 minutes later it was at my preferred local independent garage where the fault was diagnosed and a part ordered. The part has to come from BMW in Germany and will take a few days but that's not down to you guys. All-in-all exceptional service by all parties.”

“Quick response after initial text to One Call, Recovery driver very pleasant and help full it’s what you need when you have a sort of break down problem. Turned up about 1/2 hour later ,nothing to fault . Good srvice👍 SW6”

“One Call Rescue very keen for you to report a breakdown on their app. We could not get the app to work and had to leave our car in a safe place. On returning a couple of days later to sort out the breakdown, again the App not working. Very frustrating trying to get this across to One Call, eventually we managed to get a recovery truck. Had to pay an extra £3 as the garage was 11 miles away. According to Google maps it is under 10 miles, I'm not worried about £3 but I wonder if others have been hit by an inflated charge... On the upside the recovery guys were great and I have subsequently joined the AA”
