“Rescue team, when phone and went on the app to make sure they had the correct telephone number both saying they did.but when I hadn't heard anything I phones again, and they said they had messaged me ,so I checked my number with them again and they had the wrong number, stating my Rescue response at 11.15am and did not get pick up till 6.30pm”

“Easy to log my breakdown on the customer portal. Got an update within 20 minutes of how long the recovery truck will be. They came earlier than expected, fixed the issue within 15 minutes and 15 minutes later I was on my way. Great recovery guys, very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“i have never used breakdown before so i was abit anxious when i broke down. from start to finish the phone call was perfect i didn’t wait too long for the breakdown truck to come, the guy was lovely friendly and very helpful a credit to the company. BA3 was his user name. thank you one call for this experience and making it not too stressful. lorraine scaysbrook”

“Experienced a puncture in a quiet country lane in East Devon at approx 11pm on a Sunday. One Call Rescue said they could not provide a recovery service until 8am the following morning. A useless service and would advise this company is avoided. The breakdown cover was purchased with Yoga Insure car insurance - this was a cheaper option have learned you get what you pay for. They were not there when urgently needed and we had to call out a private company and pay them £300.”

“The customer service agent was okay but that's where the service stopped. I reported a battery failure and a flatbed recovery truck turned up with a driver who looked like he hadn't gone home after a night out, with no spares and no tools. He jump started my car without taking it out of gear and it jumped forward, fortunately not hitting anything, a schoolboy error,! After starting it he refused to check the condition of the battery and told me to take it to a garage.and promptly left. The feeling I was given was he couldn't be bothered. Obviously as soon as I switched off the ignition it wouldn't start again so back to square one. I then had to call a proper agency AA and pay a call out fee and for the battery to be tested and replaced . Obviously I won't be renewing my policy with appaulimg service like this 😓”

“Great service,simple to use and informative. I was kept in the picture on arrival times. Breakdown man was very helpful and jolly, called to confirm his arrival time. Which was earlier than predicted. Fast efficient. Well done!”

“Fantastic service. Chap on the phone was incredibly helpful and the wait was a reasonable length of time with good communication right the way through. I had a really kind man pick up my car as well. Can't fault the service and was much better than my previous company RAC”

“It was easy to book and I got a text confirming that assistance was coming and an estimated time along with a real time tracker of the tow truck that was coming. LP5 actually turned up half an hour before the estimated time and was professional, re-assuring and quickly got my car on the flat bed and straight to the garage. I was extremely grateful. Super service thank you!”

“SW6 was very helpful on the phone after I made a mistake while filling in the breakdown details online. The recovery vehicle came within 2 hrs and would have been quicker but had to wait for the garage to open. Cars Recovery driver was very pleasant, the whole breakdown experience was made easier by the 2 companies involved.”

“I had a flat battery in my car. One Call sent out a local rescue firm, Reubens Recovery, who arrived an hour ahead of estimated arrival time. Very pleasant mechanic who jump started my engine and charged the battery, and then kindly showed me a few problems with the terminals I wasn't aware of. I went straight to my local garage and they fixed them. Excellent service from everyone.”

“Couldn't have been much easier. From the initial call to the car being recovered took under an hour. The guys from Roadrunners Rescue managed to get the car safely on to the back of their truck even though it was stuck in 'Park'. 10 minutes later it was at my preferred local independent garage where the fault was diagnosed and a part ordered. The part has to come from BMW in Germany and will take a few days but that's not down to you guys. All-in-all exceptional service by all parties.”
