“Had this cover for 2 years and never used. I had the Gold cover. As soon as I contacted them I was told I would not be able to be recovered to my home as it was 150 miles. apparently that would cost more than £500 which is the amount for each call out. Really not fit for purpose.”

“A bit convuluted to get to the recovery site but got there in the end. Driver contacted me but managed to jump start the car to get me home. Advice over the phone was excellent and hopefully sorted the problem. Recovery cancelled with no hassle. Thanks.”

“Rescue team, when phone and went on the app to make sure they had the correct telephone number both saying they did.but when I hadn't heard anything I phones again, and they said they had messaged me ,so I checked my number with them again and they had the wrong number, stating my Rescue response at 11.15am and did not get pick up till 6.30pm”

“Easy to log my breakdown on the customer portal. Got an update within 20 minutes of how long the recovery truck will be. They came earlier than expected, fixed the issue within 15 minutes and 15 minutes later I was on my way. Great recovery guys, very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“i have never used breakdown before so i was abit anxious when i broke down. from start to finish the phone call was perfect i didn’t wait too long for the breakdown truck to come, the guy was lovely friendly and very helpful a credit to the company. BA3 was his user name. thank you one call for this experience and making it not too stressful. lorraine scaysbrook”
