“The operator was helpful but I then reported my car breakdown online, very easy. Got a text to say aprox time, the gentleman operating the breakdown truck arrived very early and said he would have phoned me if I wasn't there (I was on the way to the shop when I saw him and turned back). He was professional, friendly and helpful from Hough Green Garage Ltd. Sorted my issue immediately.”

“I had a lot of issues beforehand trying to get the right process moving to get the car home however once I spoke to a lovely guy on the phone he helped me out and managed to get everything all sorted despite all the issues I had previously”

“I was very happy with your recovery people kingslake road side recovery they were very quick and very professional and the recovery person was so helpful and polite and when we got to the work shop the boss was also extremely helpful I can’t recommend them enough what a firm 10 out of 10 thank you so much for making a very stressful time a lot less pain full thank you again M Coutts”

“Spoke to a lovely man called Stewart to report a breakdown at just after 8 am this morning, my car was towed to my nearest garage by 9 am, thats what i call excellent service, hassle free from beginning to end .”

“I reported my breakdown at midday. A text message arrived shortly after telling me the name of the recovery company and an estimated time of arrival which was 13.30. They arrived at 13.45. Excellent service.”

“The services were promptly dealt with, and the rescue vehicle arrived within an hour. The driver and the rescue service were very capable and promptly loaded my car onto the vehicle and took it to the garage of my choice. The transfer of data on the computer system was different on the driver's device to what I had typed in. Not sure how this happened but it would be worth checking out for better service. Fortunately the phone number was correct, and we discussed the final destination and everything else went to plan. Thank you.”

“The rescue truck arrived within the specified time frame. The driver was very helpful and quick to tow us to the garage. Then the young man drove uss home with all our bags saving us a long wait in the pouring rain. As we are both in our eighties that was a true blessing. Thank you for an excellent service.”

“The service was very good. One point I would like to make is that if my son hadn’t been in the car with us I honestly don’t know how we would have managed. Colin is 89 and I am 86 and we aren’t very good on computers. Is there a telephone No that we could have called to speak to somebody if we had been on our own?”

“Woman on my own so needed quick response. Wow, 8 minutes and very helpful and friendly guy (OB2) arrived a nd transfered me and my cr to my local garage. Only stressful thing was trying to sort on line (failed) however rang them and telephone guy sorted it for me.”

“The phone number on the card said go to portal for breakdown. I am sitting in a car with limited access and not knowing my login in details. Had to go home and connect using laptop. Doesn't help with regard to location being on. Put in the postcode and search address. Then can't proceed to the next page. Gave up. Back again to the phone number and this time listen to all the chit chat and finally an option for breakdown. Finally got through to SW6 who was most helpful. Recovery was in the town already and turned up quickly. My garage stayed open late and vehicle left with them. Good service once I could speak to someone.”
