“Had a blow out of front far side tyre. Called One Call straight through to a human being not a robot operator who took all details and informed me someone would be with me within the hour. The rescue vehicle came in 55 minutes and towed me to a local tyre fitters where we left the car all happened within a two hours. Excellent service hope it continues.”

“Made a breakdown claim on the portal & the breakdown van came within 20 minutes. As we were going home from our two week holiday the mechanic got the car started & came with us to the petrol station just in case the car wouldn't start again. Excellent customer service.”
