“It was excellent. I was very worried as I was on my own and a pensioner. I had several phone calls with an operator and every call was received with politeness and understanding of my situation. I couldn't fault it. They delivered on every account.”

“The recovery vehicle arrived inky 1.5 hours after my call to One Call. Very pleasant chap loaded my car and took to my nominated garage. All in all a very good experience.”

“So easy to report, everyone was very friendly and I was given all the information I needed. The recovery person who attended was honestly a delight, so knowledgable and helpful about the car and even to the point of recommending parts places locally and the quality of them. I’ve used the service twice, luckily at home both times but each time despite not being an emergency they’ve arrived within about an hour. Gives me lots of faith that if I was at the side of the road it would be a great service as well.”

“Excellent response from my online submission for a breakdown call. I was called very quickly, details taken & advised as to response time . This was quicker than expected & the mechanic contacted me en route to advise me. He was polite, friendly & efficient. My car was towed to the garage of my choice .”

“So quick, so easy - One Call made a success out of a disaster! I used the app (customer portal), explained the problem (clutch failure), location (on the way to a holiday destination) and within a few minutes I received a call telling me someone was on their way to help. That someone navigated Friday afternoon city traffic and got me home with no fuss. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks to all involved”

“Very helpful from start to finish. The advisor on the phone was pleasant and very helpful. I kept getting updates on txt to tell me how long they would be. On arrival the service man Chris was very helpful and explained everything to me and fixed the problem, from start to finish everything was great service.”
