“Great bottle and really good communication from company. My sports cap arrived on Saturday but was missing the straw. Contacted them and received a reply on Sunday followed up by an email on Monday saying they’d been posted and they arrived Tuesday morning. Excellent service and friendly and efficient communication. Brilliant - and the new 600ml bottle fits my bike cage perfectly too!”

“Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. I had to ring them as I had a problem using my iPad to try and amend an order and they were superbly helpful. A real pleasure to deal with them. Plus the bottles are great. I, my children and grandchildren all have them. Robust and colourful.”
