“Postage and replacement parts are expensive”

Hi there, sorry to hear this. We try to keep it as low as we can, but as the products (caps/bottles) are bulky they have to be a certain price to send with royal mail. Thanks

“Arrived very quickly and well packed. More expensive than some bottles but you get what you pay for and this one is of a very high quality. Love the colour, feel of it, and I've been looking for a smaller one for my handbag and this is the best I've seen.”

“We've had the bottles for a year now. They've lasted really well. The straw top does occasionally leak though so I can never just put them inside the kids' bags. Just bought replacement straw tops.”

“We LOVE one green bottles! I have, a sports one and a thermal mug (which keeps drinks super hot!) my husband has one and my children have the smaller children’s ones too. We use them everyday while we’re out and about and they’re great! Highly recommend.”

“I love the bottles but this is now the 3rd plastic cap I've had to buy in 12 months. It gets quite expensive, particularly when you add postage. Is there a way to switch to metal caps - or smaller plastic caps that are less likely to sheer if the bottle gets dropped?”

Hi Katie, thanks for your review. Sorry to see this. Can you confirm if its happened from a fall? Due to the nature of the plastic being BPS/BPA free they can be more brittle if dropped than toxic plastics. We have various cap options on our website if you prefer to go for a more study cap if the bottle is likely to suffer drops. Any of our classic caps will fit your bottle. “I have purchased several items from One Green Bottle and am so impressed. Firstly, their ethos, their packaging consideration and their speed of delivery. Secondly their products. Both my children have a onegreenbottle for school. They are still going strong after 3 years (although have a few scrapes and dents) and have proved to be incredibly resilient to the challenges of being thrown around by children. I have replaced the caps once and have been able to recycle the old ones. I finally surrendered and purchased myself a bottle too. So so impressed. Thoroughly recommend - they are great value for money when you consider longevity!”

“I bought the 800ml ocean evolution bottle and the sloop in stork green. The colour and design of the bottle and sloop are lovely, it functions well (you don’t have to work hard to get water out using the sports cap) and feels robust. I wish there had been more colour options for the 800ml bottle, but I really like what I’ve ended up with.”
