“I bought a straw and it did not fit my bottle. Itms frustrating as it is unclear in the website what is the right size of straw for any bottle.”

Hi there, we are so sorry to hear your bottle broke. We do have a manufacturer's guarantee for 12 months if it was due to a manufacturing issue? We also ask customers to get in touch with any issues on products so we can look to resolve them asap. ideally include a photo and what happened. So sorry to hear you are not happy with your product. I see you ordered a tough canteen which does not insulate I'm afraid, they are single-skinned. We ensure its stated on the product description and make it as clear as possible. We are happy to refund if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. Many thanks

Hi Kyle, Many apologies for the delay. I see your package did arrive to you, although a bit late. With the pandemic royal mail have been having some issues, which means on the odd occasion a parcel is slightly delayed.
