“these are amazing, sturdy, practical (because they keep the liquid hot or cold just like a thermos) and attractive bottles. have bought three this last year and two were gifts that the recipients loved too!”

“Great items usually but this time one of the thermos flasks I bought has 2 dents on the lid . I would like to return the item but I did not receive a receipt from the company on my email so I have no order number or any information to make the return.I telephoned the company to request a receipt but nothing has come through . This is the first time that I have received damaged goods from them and it’s the first time that I have had reason to telephone them. This is one of my favourite companies -I like everything that they represent and they have winning products but I am disappointed with the service this time round.”
