I love the bottles but this is now the 3rd plastic cap I've had to buy in 12 months. It gets quite expensive, particularly when you add postage. Is there a way to switch to metal caps - or smaller plastic caps that are less likely to sheer if the bottle gets dropped?

Hi Katie, thanks for your review. Sorry to see this. Can you confirm if its happened from a fall? Due to the nature of the plastic being BPS/BPA free they can be more brittle if dropped than toxic plastics. We have various cap options on our website if you prefer to go for a more study cap if the bottle is likely to suffer drops. Any of our classic caps will fit your bottle. Much bigger than I thought and much heavier than I thought unfortunately, might be a bottle I keep at my desk as opposed to carry round with me but still excited to use it

I paid extra postage a for courier when I received my email receipt it had changed to post office 48 hr I messaged them over the holiday and they emailed me back saying the shop was closed until the 3rd of January with no offer to refund my postage. I have shopped with than many times before I probably won't be doing so again not very good customer service

Hi Jill, thanks for your review and many apologies for the delay with royal mail. I'm afraid due to the strike action parcels were delayed and we couldn't do anything about it. We offer 1 postage option which is stated as 24-48hr tracked. We email tracking through royal mail. We cannot guarantee as per in our T&Cs that it will be with you in 24hr, but try our best. They're great and I'm so happy about its sustainability credentials. However, within the space of 3 months I've had to buy 2 new caps because hairline cracks developed after a fall and it started to leak. The cap is too fragile and it can only be bought from one store. Each time I have to pay £5 postage for £6 cap.

Hi Marie-Louise, Thanks for your purchase and review. Sorry to hear about your cap, but our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. They are BPS/BPA free caps, so the polypropylene can be a little more fragile than hard toxic caps. Plus our can be recycled. We do offer a range of more hard wearing caps if they are prone to falls, or knocks. Please see our classic cap section. Many thanks

Website (using it via a smart phone if that makes any difference!) was terrible! Also shame there weren’t more colour choices in the epic bottle. Fab product tho and speedy delivery.

The products are great, tho I bough an ajoining lid which turned out to be the wrong size. I dont think you could find measurements of it to check?

Their products are brilliant but their method of delivery is abysmal. Using Royal Mail really let's their company down. They need to explore more reliable delivery companies or open up customer collection from their depot.

Great items usually but this time one of the thermos flasks I bought has 2 dents on the lid . I would like to return the item but I did not receive a receipt from the company on my email so I have no order number or any information to make the return.I telephoned the company to request a receipt but nothing has come through . This is the first time that I have received damaged goods from them and it’s the first time that I have had reason to telephone them. This is one of my favourite companies -I like everything that they represent and they have winning products but I am disappointed with the service this time round.

I love the bottles but I ordered replacement straws which were only available in a pack of 10 - which at £1 was great value. However I was charged £4 for postage which is very expensive and has put me off ordering again

We have used and love one green bottle, this time we bought NEW 150ml Toffee stainless steel baby bottle as a gift. The outer box was fine, with minor corner dent, but inner paper packaging which holds the products in place was ripped and the productes were moving around inside, likly to have been caused by the shipping. Sadly it didn't look great as a gift.

Good seal. Good size spout for filling. Good quality product. Product only can hold 1.7L rather than the 2L as advertised.

I did email, asking about the new design caps. But no response. Purchased anyway, just as well I’m happy with them. Not that impressed with customer service, I have to say. A better response previously though when I had an issue with an old cap.
