“Great bottles, perfect for young ones. I spent some time looking for an insulated steel bottle with a straw and finally landed on this. Excellent customer service too!”

“Great looking bottle out of the box. Was slightly damaged, so spoke to someone in cunsyomer services and they had a new one out in 2 days! Great service.”

“Arrived within a few days of ordering!! No plastic packaging - hooray!! Everything came in sturdy cardboard boxes and in a paper parcel. Great to see. I ordered two sloops for our existing bottles - which have been great. The sloops arrived and appeared to be two different sizes. Thankfully I was able to chat online to customer support (Thanks Binny!). It became obvious that the sloop would fit fine and I was sent a link to show how. What was going to be the hassle of a return has been avoided. Great product and good customer service. Thanks!”

“A great bottle but started to leak 2 months after purchase. They sent a replacement lid to fix this however sent the wrong Color. Awaiting the correct delivery and hopefully it will last longer than the previous one.”
