Hi Kyle, Many apologies for the delay. I see your package did arrive to you, although a bit late. With the pandemic royal mail have been having some issues, which means on the odd occasion a parcel is slightly delayed.

“It’s large and does not leak. Looks durable enough. Double wall mean no condensation. I’m happy. The only downside is that it doesn’t hold 2 litres of water - just below. Not a big issue, but I did buy this for the size.”

“My order arrived promptly and bottles were perfectly protected and packaged in recyclable cardboard tubes. I am incredibly impressed with the durability of the bottles I ordered. They are used for school/preschool every day and have already been dropped on numerous occasions (to my horror) on concrete and gravel and have barely marked. The drinking spout folds back really well and we have not yet experience any leaks. I also purchased a small bottle brush which is ideal for cleaning the straws and spouts inside the bottles on a daily basis before they are refilled again. So far very impressed!”

“Ordered two bottles (350ml and 500ml) for my 3 year old and 10 year old, lovely selection of styles and colours. The bottles were delivered the next day in plastic free packaging. Both kids love their bottles. Light weight, high quality, easy to clean and easy for little one to carry. Very happy with purchase.”
