Excellent! I purchased the 4 in 1 crib for my grandson who was born a month early, so chose Olivers Baby Care because of their next day delivery. The crib arrived the next day but unfortunately wad cracked on the frame. I contacted Olivers Baby Care and was contacted back by Rachel. She advised that they would replace the whole unit and we received a brand new one the very next day, with the courier collecting the damaged one. Absolutely excellent service so a huge thank you to Rachel for all her help and swift action in resolving the issue - she couldn't have done any more. The 4vin 1 crib is excellent, compact and versatile. 5* service Olivers Baby Care and I will certainly recommend and purchase from you again in the future.

Excellent service! Ordered a child safety gate late evening on a Friday, was told it would be delivered on the following Tuesday, but with updates given at every stage my parcel was delivered by DPD the Sunday before! Really brilliant! There was a £5.00 delivery charge for my item to be delivered! Unfortunately, I had actually ordered the wrong height safety gate, so my item had to be returned, which when I called the company I was told by a very nice member of staff that they didn’t do exchanges and that the item would have to be returned at my own expense, which was a downer to the whole experience and cost me another £7.56. So in all £12.56 for my item to be delivered and returned. Obviously this was my own mistake ordering the wrong height in the first place, but it’s just a shame that they don’t offer an exchange. However, I would still give this company 5 stars for excellent fast deliver service and also the very polite helpful lady on the customer service! I have now ordered my new child safety gate from Amazon.

Excellent, price as quoted, no excessive delivery charges, unlike a competitor who wanted a further £19.95 for delivery to my address. Goods ordered Friday on standard 2 to 3 working day delivery, arrived Monday pm, all parts present, assembled in an hour.

Terrible - i returned an item that was unopened and haven’t received a refund for a considerable amount of money - there were about a 14 steps to follow on the returns form - so not the easy returns they promised.
