“I found ordering very staightforward and documentaion clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately my order was significantly delayed. I used the provided tracking and found the parcel was shown as arriving in the local EVRI depot, the day after ordering. Several days later it had not been delivered and nothing had changed on tracking. Under EVRI's system, I was unable to phone or visit the EVRI depot. I therefore telephoned Oliver's and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady called Kelly. She took details and promised to investigate and phone me back. She did so within a couple of hours and said it appeared the parcel had been lost in the EVRI depot. Kelly promised to resend the parcel and said it would be delivered the next day. It was received the next day via Fedex and we are delighted with the product, a child gate. I am very happy with Olivers Baby Care but they may need to look carefully at the couriers they use.”

“Amazing experience with this company I had previously ordered a pram with Baby&co after not receiving the pram Baby&co messed me about right up until 2days before I was due to have my baby. I called this company to see if they had my pram in stock they had 1 left the lady who I was dealing with was so lovely she went to check that they definitely had it. I placed the order and I received the pram the following day. I cannot say how thankful I am for the kindness that was shown towards myself. Will definitely be using this company for future and will always recommend.”
