“Ordered before the time stated for next day delivery which was showing as the Monday but didn’t arrive until the Tuesday. Not only that but only half my order came then I had to ring to ask where my other part of the order was to be told it wasn’t in stock and I had to wait 3 months. No communication or emails stated this and even the lady that I spoke to was baffled!”

“I've not used what I ordered yet so can't comment. I would like to say what fantastic customer service I've had. My order was sent out the following day (I ordered on a Sunday) it was supposed to be delivered on the Tuesday as stated, unfortunately seething happened with the courier, I phoned Thursday to advise, I spoke to a very helpful lady at olivers, who promptly found out what was happening with my delivery, the courier couldn't say when it would be delivered so I was sent my order again that day, unfortunately once again my delivery was delayed, but that again was the courier. Olivers have been great, I would definitely shop there again, and recommend them. Thank you”
