“I was slightly worried buying a plant pot on a website without touching it and seeing it in the flesh but I should have known with OB it would be beautiful. Arrived well packaged and in one piece. It's beautiful and my snake plant looks fabulous in it!”

“Nice earrings, ordered online. Rubbish delivery and customer service. First pair lost by courier. Customer service misunderstood my request and refunded whole order so had to reorder. Ignored my request for delivery costs to be refunded due to failure. Would not use again.”
