“I used your website to purchase a bracelet for my daughter. Website easy to use but when it came to delivery Evri let your company down. I was disappointed that you were not prepared to take up the cudgels with your chosen courier over delayed delivery but expected me to do your job for you. The matter was resolved 10 days after the suggested delivery date but only after I complained to Evri. You will be aware of the negativity surrounding this company following an investigation by Panorama and you might wish to review it’s employment by you.”
