“I visited the store in silverburn as I’ve been looking for some nicer clothes, and my friend recommended. I was immediately welcomed by a woman (glasses, petite and short dark hair), who was so kind and friendly, letting me know about the sizing and just to say if I needed anything. She put the items I chose in the changing rooms for me and when I said I was looking for a comfier trouser she took me over to some, telling me she wore them on a flight and was fine, I just felt so welcomed. When trying on, she even came over to give her opinion, and I felt so relaxed. I could only buy one thing, but I wanted to buy so much more! When paying, I was served by someone else who was so friendly and chatted away to me. I find shopping difficult due to lots of people, noises lighting, etc but I felt at ease in the store (minus the old lady’s with their Tesco trolleys but you can’t control that 🤣) and I just wanted to pass on my experience as it was positive. First time buyer but I’ll be back, thank you.”
