“Had a problem with this Order. It was stolen nothing to do with OB> Phoned about it received excellent Customer Service and was refuded with no quibble. Deliveries are always prompt and the packaging is excellent. Really like Oliver Bonas and their products.”

“I cannot rate the lovely people at Oliver Bonas high enough for all their help. My daughter had her heart set on this lamp and I wanted to buy it for her as a little extra present for her forthcoming wedding. Alas, it was out of stock but I was swiftly notified when it became available again and I duly purchased it asap. Delivery was speedy and it arrived extremely well-packaged. Thank you all so much!”

“I love my lampshades and they were a bargain in the sale. However only two out of three were delivered and to be honest it was a palaver having to go back onto the website and reorder and then wait for a refund for the unfulfilled order. This needs to be changed really. However I would definitely shop here again as they do have lovely things.”
