“Ordered sandals in online sale, but received sling back gold shoes in error. Returned them to the shop, and the very apologetic, but wonderfully helpful assistant, immediately reordered the sandals and had them delivered to my home within three days.”

“Ordered this lovely practical bag click and collect from the Harborne Oliver Bonas while visiting the area. The website is easy to use and the staff at all the Oliver Bonas stores are lovely. I particularly like the Harborne store and always call in when I'm in the area. The staff there are particularly helpful and friendly.”

“Easy to order online. Ordered this skirt. Very pleased with the quality of fabric and design and colour. Sizes are generous, so could probably have gone for a smaller. The skirt is lined and has pockets.”
