“Excellent. The sales assistant was fabulous at ordering my laptop bag. I saw it in your store in Liverpool didn’t purchase it. Tried in Dublin Store they didnt have it, so Assistant said she could order it for me to be sent to my home. It arrived a few days later. Great service! Love ur stores!”

“I ordered this as a Christmas present. It arrived without the cork stopper so I emailed requesting one. It took 2 weeks for a response back even with follow up emails. I was given a full refund but was still left without a topper and they were out of stock online. I went into store and asked if they had any toppers which I was told I should DIY one myself. The bottle is lovely it’s a shame it cannot be used properly.”
