“Good - my sister bought an oil diffuser from the sale but it stopped working. It was a bit difficult to exchange because the item wasn't full price when she bought it and the exact diffuser had been discontinued. I had to exchange for a voucher and then use the voucher to buy a full price diffuser which wasn't as nice. The staff were very helpful though.”
