The plates were broken on arrival. Very poor packaging. I am waiting to hear from Oliver Bonas about a replacement set but I don’t think that there will be a problem when they eventually respond to my email.

Ordered two very beautiful flower pots for my wife's birthday. Sadly both were broken when I opened the package, delivered to my doorstep. Poorly wrapped in a box that was far too big. They had smashed each other.

Purchased 2 pouch and card wallet gift sets, both arrived at same time. One box had both card wallet and pouch, the other box had only the pouch which still had the security tag on. Called customer services, the person who dealt with me was very helpful and apologised and asked me to send pics. I sent the pics last week and only received a reply today to say the item is now unfortunately out of stock and to choose something else. I am really quite disappointed ☹️ not to receive both gift sets as they were intended as gifts.

I absolutely LOVE this anklet but was soooo disappointed. The first day I wore it within a few hours the links and clasp basically disintegrated and broke! Tried to repair with pliers but the metal is just too weak! Not worth the money I’m afraid and so gutted because it’s gorge!

Love your shops but very disappointed with bracelet ... poor quality and certainly not worth price asked ... returned 😒 Love the string bag ... now have 3 !

I ordered socks as well, never arrived. Oliver Bonas use Hermes which is one of the worst delivery company ever. My order delayed a week instead of next day delivery. I will never order or buy anything from this company. I was a regulat costumer for years but this is just disgraceful.

I'm sure the necklace is lovely but it hasn't arrived. After trying multiple times to sort out where it is I am at the end of my tether!!!! I've contacted Hermes so many times and have got nowhere. I've never had a problem with your company before that I don't know what to do!

I recently bought a gold frame from Oliver Bonas. I was so happy with how it looked. I was in a meeting and it fell from my desk and broke, I had to apologise to my fellow colleagues about how awful the sound was. This frame was tremendously overpriced and I would expect much better quality from Oliver Bonas. Returning this product as soon as I can. Very disappoint and won’t be shopping there any time soon!
