“The website and store visit was fine. Website is easy to navigate and collection from store was a doddle. I had an issue with the delivery as the my package was damaged in transit was refunded immediately after sending proof images and just ordered it again.”

“Always find the website a bit clunky. Often when scrolling through the products, if I click to have a closer look at an item and then come back out to the category page, I’m taken right back to the start of the search which then requires me to furiously scroll down to get back to where I was. Often wonder if it’s the high traffic on the website of a sale period but it’s consistently happens, desk top and mobile.”
