Unfortunately, sometimes they do let us down. We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday, and 10am on Saturday, on the same day. “My batteries came in good time, But l found them hanging in my letter box so they could easily have been stolen. Out of the five of the twelve l have used so far two have gone red, when l try to charge them with one of my old 10 motive chargers.”

“Been using OK E- cigs for years, deliver after ordering is really good but the actual product is getting very bad, a lot don't work and the taste sometimes is awful.”

“Iv bought from OK Vape about ten times and always been great ..but this time my order came and it was incorrect .I’d ordered one starter pack and two large e cig batteries ..only one battery came .It was only £4.50 I lost but it was more the principle.I doubt I will use OK Vape again I’m sorry”
