“Really good products. Fast service. Irritating that new customers receive a bigger discount than repeat customers. Also annoying how they send all orders signed for with no option for specific delivery days. Royal Mail are a nightmare to collect parcels from.”

Hello, I'm glad to hear that you are pleased with our products and our service. With regards to customer discounts, all new customers will receive 20% off their first order only. They then have the opportunity to sign up to our loyalty scheme where they can earn points and receive a 10% discount. All orders over £70 are sent Signed For, so they have extra cover and tracking due to the value of the order. “Don't trust the emails sent from ok. I received one with the header: Only a few hours left to purchase Multipack 13 x Extra High refills at 25% off. I immediately purchased them only to be billed the full price ! When I complained they refunded 10% and not the 25% the header on the email promised. I even sent them a copy of the email, but they still refused to honour the 25% discount as advertised. Very poor service, be wary as they have no respect for long standing customers and refuse to put right any mistake they make. Stal Baldwin (partner of A Stephenson) customers for years.”

Although part of the subject line was incorrect, we did state the actual offer price of £64.80 elsewhere in the subject line and also in the email. We absolutely respect each and every one of our customers and continue to send out these deals to benefit them. “Quick and easy to order and receive the only reason I’ve not gave 5 stars is on a few occasions I’ve ordered menthol refills and a few packets have not had anything in the refills. Once I was sent out 10 packets of the wrong kind. Which was corrected immediately. Without any hassle”
