“Still waiting on order purchased Saturday and paid for next day with dpd, it’s now Tuesday and have not received a text to say it will be delivered today, never had a problem before with delivery.”

“I place my order by phone very easy to do this.delivery usually takes 2 days by royal mail.tracked.only issue I have is losing the points system and price increase.shame about that. I reached gold for points then it stopped. It adds a fair bit to cost”

“Bought for my mum as she will only use this one and had forgotten to bring it with her when visiting for Xmas, after searching local Morrisons stores and eventually being told they had stopped stocking them she thought she had no other option but to buy some cigarettes for the Xmas break, so glad I found your site,easy to order and quick delivery Many thanks Peter Oliver”

“so after many many years of using this brand I am saying goodbye due to the huge price increase due to the kudos points being removed (very sneakily) which means no discount, such a shame...”
