“I have been using OKVape for some time now and have been very happy with their products, bought through another company. However, recently I had a problem ordering through my normal supplier and found myself directly connected to OK Vape. The assistance I received in placing my order was friendly and very helpful so i will be ordering from them direct from now on.”

“Hi I've had no trouble before this time I brought 4 starter kits and 2 boxes the filters (4) lasted about 10 puffs the other 2 started kits were fine”

“I bought 5x zero menthol refills and found 2 of the 5 did not work. Very disappointed as not had any troubles before”

“Standards have dropped with OK Vape over the last few years. The batteries to the electric cigarettes do not last as long as they used to and you cannot replace them except by paying an overpriced fee directly online to OK Vape. OK vape have stopped their loyalty scheme and it's now cheaper to buy refills in ASDA than online. I am currently searching for a better E- cig company to work with.”

“Experience was generally good - quick delivery but I wrote to say I would have preferred plain packaging as there are youngsters in the house - I will now email my preference in advance of future orders”
