“The actual service is very good and I have been using cigalike refills for a number of years but the quality has gone down in the last few months, a cartridge does not last very long at all anymore, shame as they were extremely good in the past. Sorry”

“Delivery is always fast especially if you order before 2pm, I've also not had a problem with any of the products either. The e-cig batteries last quite a while, I've only had to replace mine recently and it lasted me little over a year with on and off usage.”

“Ordered 14 packs of tips and received email to confirm it had been shipped on the Friday and still not received by Wednesday. I assumed as usual it had been sent recorded delivery and would therefore have a tracking number as only to be told they hadn’t posted it recorded and I would have to wait 5 working days before anything could be done.”
