“Brilliant website, really easy to order. Still getting my head around redeeming the points.. Have had one ok battery which was a bit dodgy, which would not connect to refills.. I do find royal mail slow at delivering, it can be up to 4 days before you get your order.. Apart from that, always great service..”

“I switched to e-cigs around a decade ago and was using a much more expensive 'posh' brand. During the pandemic I was worried about running out so decided to order an OK Vape starter kit and a few different packs of refills as a backup. Over three years later I have now completely switched to OK Vape. The tobacco flavour is exactly like the L&B Silver, Embassy No1 and/or Richmond I used to smoke. Really satisfying - excellent throat hit which hardened decades-long smokers like me need.”

“Always a prompt service but alas the goods are not top quality. This is particularly the case with the batteries which last only a few months before becoming un rechargeable”
