“E-cigs poor, air-flow poor and inconsistent useability. Moved onto a different product, OK Pod, which then went out of supply for a considerable time. Took business elsewhere. I liked the pods and considered an upgrade, but the overall OK Vape site and business? No so sure.”

“Placed an order on Thursday evening with next day delivery and paid extra for the service I was expecting the delivery on Saturday According to Royal Mail tracker they are awaiting the package, it is now Saturday”

Although despatched and collected by Royal Mail on the Friday, I believe they experiencing a surge in parcels within their network due to the upcoming holidays and Black Friday.
