“I don't understand why you didnt ship all 3 cards together. I recieved 2 parcels, waste of packaging”

“The artist set is great , the only issue i had was one of the blades on the pencil sharpener had fallen off because the screw is missing. I can find a small screw to rectify this myself.”

“Very pleased with the actual gift set however when it arrived, the corners of the box were all bashed. I think it should have been in a protected wrapping rather than just ‘posted’ as was.”

We can confirm that the outer boxes for the Artful and Papergang boxes have been designed to protect the content only, therefore if these are ordered as a stand alone product they will be shipped as we did when ran as the subscription. “It arrived perfectly but had no wrapping and the shipping label is stuck on the box, making it unsuitable for a gift where I don't want the recipient to know my address! I understand it's more ecofriendly, but maybe a label that peels off could be considered instead? It definitely puts me off purchasing again.”

“Lovely cards and prompt delivery. Only comment I'd make is that Christmas cards were smaller than expected. I don't know if you provided size online but I didn't notice. Other cards were all bigger.”

“payment was tricky, as the payment came out twice and order didn't go through until I payed again with Google pay, then the initial payment was refunded- apart from that it is fine”
