We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“The diary was bigger than expected. I wanted the size smaller than A5 I think it’s A6. Couldn’t see a size on the website so presumed it was the same size as I have had for the last 8 years but it’s not. Disappointed.”

“Love the style, but a huge amount (and therefore weight) of pages that aren't standard diary pages. Slightly annoying to have to carry the extra about!”

“Good service and prompt response to a query. The lower rating is because I was disappointed with the notebook (not as substantial as I expected) and the pens (came loose, not in a packet, so not suitable as a gift which was the reason for buying).”

“Pleased with the cards I ordered but disappointed with how long they took to arrive. The order was confirmed on 14th December but only dispatched on 18th. Arrived on the 22nd. I understand I used standard shipping and it’s the Christmas period but the time of dispatch seems a bit long.”

Hi Francis, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We are however sorry for any disappointment caused by our standard shipping time frame. We dispatch all orders with 3 working days of purchase as advertised online, however we do also offer FedEx next day delivery where we can offer same day dispatch if purchased before 2pm that day. Hi Sarah, Sadly, we have found this Christmas season, probably due to volume of mail in the network, that our normal packaging might not be sufficient during peak. Next year our plan is to use sturdier packaging through the holiday season to help prevent issues like yours arising. “The notebooks themselves are lovely… I last purchased mine from a stationers and specifically hunted out my Ohh Deer replacements. Unfortunately, they took a battering during delivery, which is a shame as the packaging looked well designed. Probably just the Christmas parcel rush. xx”
