Box badly damaged when I received it. The book is not really helpful for me so would have preferred more generalized items like pens, etc than calligraphy book. Personal choice I suppose. Love the pens, pad, rubber. Lovely quality.

The packaging was ripped in one corner so the top book damaged in the corner, but otherwise fine.

Yes it did but the paper envelope packaging was broken in on multiple corners and my notebook was partly hanging out and could have been bent on the corner from the letterbox drop or damaged I feel very lucky it wasn't but maybe a better packaging for notebooks since they are more costly than most shops.

Card took 10 days to arrive. Not satisfied as it missed the birthday it was ordered for.

The cards are good, but why does it take well over a week for them to arrive? I thought I was organised this year, ordering 9 days before my anniversary, but I still had to buy a crappy back-up card from Tesco as my order hadn’t arrived by the day before the day I needed it.

Quite disappointed with what i got in the set and wished I’d been able to choose the one I ordered at first ( but they sent an email to say sorry they ran out of stock) and for what I got in the set there’s no way it’s worth the full amount. Thankfully I got mine in a vodaphone deal for £7.99 but I unfortunately don’t even think it’s worth this amount.

Loved the cards. They seemed to take a long time to arrive - so I had to purchase a card from a local shop for one of the birthdays I ordered a card from you for. May have not paid attention at checkout

I was intrigued by your soecial offer, I love the design and the concept. However, my intention was to give this as a gift to my daughter in New Zealand as she lives the Eden project. Sadly the delivery label has completely spoilt the packaging as I am unable to remove it apart from very small sections so not very suitable for a gift.

On this occasion, Ohh Deer didn't do too well. I know that they have a delay between placing the order and dispatching it however this time a whole week went by before the order got posted. When it eventually arrived I was disappointed that the two art prints I had ordered were only packaged in an envelope to keep them "safe", meaning that they arrived bent, and slightly creased with crumpled corners not what you want when buying art. I got in contact with customer services who were relatively swift in replying and sent out replacements. They arrived quickly but the packaging this time around was OTT and wasteful. Yes, the prints arrived safe but surely there is a happy medium with keeping the order safe and not wasting resources? Prints are ok but not the best quality of printing. I wouldn't recommend Oh Deer for art prints having brought better quality, better protected affordable art from elsewhere in the past.

The product is great, but it took a long time to be delivered. If buying a present for someone make sure you’re organised and order in plenty of time.

Order arrived quickly in a ‘do not bend’ envelope which is great, however the card was damaged, I would think before being posted as there was no sign of damage on the envelope at all, yet there’s a bend through the front of the card but not on the back. Don’t feel I could really complain but it’s not really useable to gift.

I wanted the card as soon as possible. Was there an option to recieve it the following day. If there was, it wasn't clear or i didn't see it. If there wasn't. it's a pity because I was already sending the card late.

Ohh Deer notebooks excellent. Poor delivery service by Royal Mail. Package damaged but fortunately contents were not.
