“Really disappointed that you chose to use DPD as your courier, this was not disclosed before purchasing. They did not turn up when they said, despite me waiting in. They did not leave with a neighbour either, just said it would be redelivered the next day at a much less convenient time. The next day I received a message saying there was a problem and it had been returned to the depot. When it finally arrived, the box was badly damaged. Luckily the items inside were not. The stationery is nice but not worth the hassle of the delivery, you are responsible for the contractors you choose to work with.”

We would always encourage customers to get in touch with us directly if they have any issues with delivery, especially in cases where it doesn't arrive or is damaged in any way, as we will be able to raise an investigation with DPD. Our customer service team are always happy to help at help@ohhdeer.com. We use a number of different couriers, and the option used for each order will depend on the customer's selection and/or the size and weight of the order. Due to this, we aren't always able to advise in advance as to which courier will be used. Despite all of these issues you experienced with DPD, we are glad to hear that the items themselves were not damaged by their rough journey in transit. Thank you The Ohh Deer Team

“I bought 10 mystery Papergang subscription boxes. I was expecting some duplicates but no 10 different ones. I was thrilled. I had many boxes I had fancied a planner here, the fountain pen there, another whatever whispering "I'm yours, come and get me". I've opened all boxes and listed what is in what. Keeping them until the Autumn, but a few bits stayed out, well you have try some things. I'll be starting the Artful Calligraphy as a self taught weekly night school, again in the autumn. Please pass my thanks to the picker or box packer. One small negative, I can't find access to the Origami instructions. I haven't looked for the tutorials for the Calligraphy, but I might go and look right now...”

“My chosen product was of high quality and it was delivered quickly in recyclable packaging. I received a very speedy response which was clear and concise in answering my query. Very professional from start to finish and you'll definitely be my first port of call for future gifts and cards.”

“I ordered a box of 40 mystery greeting cards. I was a little dismayed when I sorted through the cards and found that they contained 7 father's day cards - a little under a quarter of the total number. This would have been less painful if my Dad was still alive! I to distribute them amongst friends and family as father's day is on Sunday. A better balance of types of cards would be a suggestion.”

“Unfortunately the packaging was damaged and so the greetings cards I ordered had all become wet and are now majority stained or warped and the envelopes all sealed shut by moisture. It's a shame because all the cards in the bundle are great designs.”

Hello Emily, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your cards have yet to arrive. I can see you have emailed our team this afternoon and they are in the process of replying to your email. Delivery was attempted for the cards. However, Royal Mail wasn't able to deliver them as no one was home/available to accept the delivery. The order is now awaiting collection. Collection information can be found on your tracking link.
