“Cards never arrived.”

Hello Emily, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your cards have yet to arrive. I can see you have emailed our team this afternoon and they are in the process of replying to your email. Delivery was attempted for the cards. However, Royal Mail wasn't able to deliver them as no one was home/available to accept the delivery. The order is now awaiting collection. Collection information can be found on your tracking link. But our team are going to email this over to you. The Ohh Deer Team

“Website is well laid out and so pretty! The offers are great, I got some lovely items in the sale for a steal. I had issues where I received the 'how did we do?' email before my parcel arrived, and their customer service team was so helpful in tracking the order for me, and even offering a new order be sent out if the original was lost. Will definitely purchase again, thank you :)”

“Great cards A great price for a bundle of cards but they are very specific cards for family members or for age. So out of my bundle, I received only 3 “general” cards, the rest were with ages or “niece/sister/nephew” on them”

“The cards themselves are brilliant quality and design, but I ordered a bundle of 40 which were essentially pot luck. Mine contained 7 dad cards, which I have no use for, so a bit of a waste of time for me.”

“Amazing turn around for delivery. The kit is amazing! So glad ive found artful. I got the screenprinting box with my subscription so I added white to my order to bulk out my supplies. Great price, great value for money. 5*s”

“Very disappointing collection of “mystery card selection” in that 22 of the cards were by the same illustrator and 6 of them were Christmas cards. I have returned for a full refund but disappointing.”

“One of the items was a mystery greetings card pack. Most of the cards were very specific - grandad re, nephew or specific ages. Really not much use to me so will donate to a charity shop. Bit disappointed. The other items were brilliant!”

“My mystery pack of 25 cards was very disappointing and uninspiring, all cards were white, nothing colourful and way over half were age cards mostly for 70 and 80 year olds. I do not know that many old people! The paper gang boxes were again disappointing, both came in damaged wrapping, making them look scruffy and not suitable for gifts. Whilst one box was good value, the second was not, even at the reduced price. I was sorry to have to return everything, I was hoping that these mystery packs would be a good introduction to the company as I am an avid card and stationery buyer!”

“Awful! The selection I was sent were unusable. Countless age based cards (70th & 80th's) and obscure relatives (Nephew). Crappy designs. I won't be sending any of them. Huge disappointment”
