We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“The quality of the mystery books of cards is good. However, I received multiple cards with ‘Happy 70th Birthday’ and rude cards. I was led to believe the cards would be a mixture of cards suitable for different occasions. I’m dissatisfied and won’t be ordering again.”

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your review, we're glad to hear you felt all of the cards were of great quality. We do however apologise for any disappointment caused by the mystery mix. There was a warning included in the description of the product that the sets would include rude humour and relation cards. We do have other bundles available online if you were looking for an alternative mix or perhaps a birthday mix, where we don't include rude humour. “Cards were good value, but it was a shame that there were several duplicates (which I am sure is part of the mystery!) and many 70th and 80th - which hopefully will come in handy one day! Was OK, but not sure I'd order again.”

“Love the cards (and everything on the site) BUT lost one star for packaging ... ordered 2 'post it' notes, which were 'loose' and arrived curled up at the corners, not great as supposed to be part of gifts for friends. Shouldn't they be wrapped in something (preferably biodegradeable)?”

We're always looking to reduce our wastage as much as possible and will send items without extra packaging where possible, however, they shouldn't arrive damaged in any way. Unfortunately, as we advised via email correspondence with you at the time, there is currently an embargo in place that is preventing deliveries to Mexico, which is why it was not possible for your order to arrive with you. “I bought an art pack as a birthday present for my mother, but unfortunately it was damaged in transit - a bottle of ink broke and covered all the contents. Your colleague Harry arranged to have the entire pack replaced at no extra cost, and it arrived two days later. Excellent service, and I'll certainly be using your service again.”

“Cards are great I really like them. However the packaging was torn to shreds but luckily the post office repackaged them for me and none were missing. Perhaps stronger packaging in future might be wise.”

“Duplicate cards. Too many old ages. Not many basic birthday cards. Many father day cards, father deceased. Not one wedding anniversary card.”

“The main part of my parcel didn’t arrive. Only when I chased it was it acknowledged. Took my money and then said the ‘warehouse stock levels were incorrect’. Surely they would have known this before dispatch. Won’t be using again!”

As explained by a member of our team at the time, we were not aware of the stock error until we received your email letting us know that the item was missing, at which point we investigated the issue and offered you a full refund for the missing item, which you accepted. We can assure you that, had we been aware of the issue before dispatch, we would have let you know immediately and issued the refund at this stage.
