“I'm so impressed. I bought several items in their sale, and everything came beautifully wrapped in eco packaging :-) There was one mistake where the incorrect item was sent, but I phoned up and they immediately said they would send out the correct item. I was also very impressed when they said keep the wrong one... I would have struggled to get it returned and it's just that one small thing which makes it such good customer service. I'm very grateful. Funny how it's when something goes wrong that you get the measure of a company. Also should finish by saying that the items were as ever high quality and very cute! Thank you.”

“Really great products and delivered quite promptly. The package was a little damaged when it arrived but everything was fine within, thankfully. Really lovely cards!”

“I receive the Papergang monthly box and it is a great mix of different artists and items. I like that Ohh deer pick different artists and mix up the styles and what they offer on the main website as well. The sales are always good!”

“Products gorgeous and price in the sale was brilliant! Would be 5 stars but the cards being loose in a letterbox-box with my cute little post-its meant the post-its got a bit bashed and separated.”

“Disappointed that most of what I ordered was out of stock, so I ended up with a £2.50 delivery charge for 2 small post-it pads and a birthday card. Had I been given the option, I'd have cancelled the whole thing, rather than just had such a small delivery.”
