“I absolutely love buying from Ohh Deer, the selection of cards is great and I can always find what I need. I bought one of the 50 mystery greeting card boxes this past time so I had a plenty stock. It was a bargain and had so many great cards in there. I unfortunately had to part ways with a few of the cards, namely the valentines and husband themed ones, given my perpetual singledom, but my Mum was sure happy to have all future romantic events catered for!”

“Ordered a notebook for me and one for my sister in the clearance at £1 each. Postage was going to end up being more than the value of the items so I added a few other bargain bits and bobs to make up the cost. Received an email saying delivery would take longer due to high demand in the clearance sale, fair enough. Then after saying my order had been dispatched I received a second email and a refund for the notebooks and one other item. Had I been given the choice I would have cancelled the whole order rather than pay £2.50 postage for £7 worth of random bits. When the order did arrive one item was missing and has not been refunded. Overall, pretty disappointed and won't be using ooh deer again.”

Sadly, due to a stock error, we weren't able to include the items which have been refunded in your order. To ensure that there were no further delays with the delivery of the order we sent it straight out. Apologies, that this has meant you have received items that you ordered but didn't necessarily want to receive. With regards to the missing item from the delivery that hasn't been refunded. We don't appear to have been made aware of this missing item which is why no refund has been issued. “A great sale offer resulted in a bulk load of cards being delivered meaning I am set for pretty much most occasions including some early Christmas cards. Great quality card stock, cute greetings and swift delivery- I was impressed”

“A couple of items I ordered were missing due to stock issues, but I was issued a refund for them quickly. Everything else arrived well packed and is of good quality. I'm really loving the neon watercolour!”

“As a an artful subscriber, I already love the art products. So I treated myself to some extras when I bought my husband a Botanical Mystery Box for his birthday. It did not disappoint! He was super pleased with the themed surprise box. And as with the artful boxes, it was beautifully presented with well chosen items.”
