“Absolutely brilliant! The items arrived really quickly, in great condition and excellent sustainable packaging. The mixed box of cards were even better than expected - great quality and lots of excellent designs from a range of designers. I will definitely use Ohh Deer again. Thanks for your help!”

“I probably made a mistake buying the multipack. I would have only actually purchased two of the 50 cards sent. Lots of father/ mother cards (I don't have either), welcome to your new home, congratulations on your new job/ baby etc. Very few suitable birthday cards. Won't buy again”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We're very sorry for the disappointment that as been caused by the Mystery card set you have received. We did include a disclaimer with the card set that it will include occasion cards. However, I'm really sorry that the occasion cards that have arrived won't be cards you can use. As so many of the cards won't be suitable, you are of course more than welcome to return them for a full refund if you wanted? The Ohh Deer Team

“Bought a mixed pack of 50 cards but sadly about a third are unusable due to bad language. I expected a few rude cards but not this many! The cards also arrived with creased corners having been packaged in just a a paper envelope - despite paying nearly £3 for postage and packing.”

There was a warning included in the description of the product that the sets would include rude humour cards. However, I apologise if this was missed. With regards to the damages to your cards, a member of our team is going to get in touch via email to look into resolving this for you. The last thing we want is for you to be sent damaged products. “I’ve got to be honest I was a bit disappointed in my card selection… I knew it would be 50 random Cards but lots were the same and about 10 were Father’s Day cards!! I reckon I’ll only use about half of them unfortunately”

I can confirm that the packs may potentially include duplicates and do include some occasions cards in there as well. “Took a while to arrive. Got a set of mystery cards and most were Father’s Day cards. Even if my father deserved a card - which he does not- he certainly doesn’t deserve 7.”
