We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“Got a couple of mystery card boxes. They sent a selection for almost any occasion! In my opinion there were too many cards for pride related occasions: don't get me wrong, I support the LGBTQIA+ community, but statistically I just won't send as many cards as I've recieved. I think I actually recieved more pride cards than birthday cards, which would have been more useful. But I guess it is a clearance sale! The 'male birthday' cards were a little unimaginative, lots of fishing cards, sports cards, you're going bald cards. But there were a lot of really funny and sweet cards. Loved the designs, especially Gemma Correll. Overall excellent value for money.”

“I already have a yearly subscription for the Papergang box every month which I love. I couldn't resist the sale and I got carried away.......Im not disappointed its all amazing and packed well!”

“I loved all the products, especially the mystery bundle of papergang boxes. Sadly the sketch pad I ordered was stuck to the tape of one the papergang boxes and ripped the cover, not catastrophic, but I had bought it as a gift and couldn’t give it in that condition. Delivery took longer than expected, but I was emailed an update so that was helpful. Would place future orders.”

“I placed an order with Ohh Deer for the first time for some art supplies & I'm very happy with the quality of the various media pads I got - I can't wait to use them! I also received a free mystery box with my order which was a pleasant surprise & put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. I look forward to ordering more products & hopefully their art subcription boxes in the future!”

We understand that you were disappointed that we were unable to replace the item, due to it being unused and new, despite the outer packaging having been opened. “Items are lovely but I ordered Express delivery with the expectation that the item would be dispatched in 1-3 days as stated on the website but it took a week to be dispatched and then only arrived 1.5 weeks after order date. This was meant to be part of a present but I expected it to get there in 7-8 days at the latest so was too late.”

Hello Anna, Thank you for your review. We're sorry that your order arrived later than expected. Due to the bank holiday weekend and the number of orders placed during the Ohh Deer sale, we were unfortunately in a position where it wasn't possible to dispatch orders as quickly as we would usually do. We sent an email to all customers who had placed an order to make them aware of this at the earliest possible time, and advised them to contact us if this delay would cause a problem. We are very sorry if this email didn't reach you. The Standard or Express delivery options refer to the estimated delivery times and not to the dispatch processing time. Though we do aim for 1-3 days dispatch as standard, this was unfortunately a time when this was not possible. The order was dispatched via an Express delivery service. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused. Thank you The Ohh Deer Team

“I still did not receive my order having placed it 3 weeks ago, considering this is a card shipment from UK to France.. I don't find this acceptable!”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your order has still not arrived. As our customer service team member advised over email, deliveries on a standard international delivery service can, on rare occasions, take up to 30 working days to arrive. Though we are extremely sorry when this occurs, this is something that is unfortunately completely out of our control. If the order still has not arrived after 30 working days, we are then able to raise an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund.
