Thank you for your feedback; I am pleased that you found our website quick and simple to use. With regards to the 2% credit card charge, unfortunately the banks do still apply a processing charge for all credit card transactions; we hear that they will be reviewing and hopefully removing these charges in the New Year. There is no additional charge if paying by Debit Card, so maybe that could be an option until then.

“The agent was very friendly and efficient. As I wanted to upgrade a call was made to the hotel and I received a call back quite quickly. The price for the package seems good value with extras. Email received as soon as the hotel confirmed and this contained all I needed including simple directions.”
