“Phone enquiry and order placement were excellent. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and cleared up all my concerns. Only concern when order confirmation came through - it asked if we wanted free champagne or afternoon tea- We had already advised you that we required Champagne. Also booked table for 7 pm in restaurant- this was not confirmed on confirmation e mail.I, m being picky, but hope this feed back helps you.”

“Easy to follow website, I think designed for people like me who don’t always have the intuition of youth when it comes to fathoming the whole process. Also phoned your office and a lady with a very pleasant welsh accent ( I could be biased) was very helpful.”
